ISO CERTIFICATION:
The Company has secured the ISO – 9001-2000 certification in 2002. All the Quality systems are adhered which are verified every year in recertification audit by BVQI. ISO systems are become a part of life for Chordia.

HACCP CERTIFICATION :
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point is the essential for Food Safety which is becoming a prime requirement by most of the consumers as it gives assurance for the food product quality. The HACCP certificate is achieved by Chordia in year 2002 from BVQI and which is been revalidated by yearly audit. Close watch on all HACCP system is been given by special internal HACCP team throughout the year to ensure 100% food safety.

EXPORTS:
The products. manufactured at plants in Maharashtra and Karnataka, are sold all over the country and even exported to the Gulf countries and the US. The Chordia Group has also provided the technology for food processing plants in Iraq and Tanzania. Apart from being widely accepted in the Indian market, “ Pravin “ products have found a large consumer base in the overseas market with the company directly exporting to the entire Gulf Region, USA, UK etc. and have further plans of consolidating its position in other global markets as well.

NEW TIE-UPS:
With installation of additional production facilities, we are now in a better position to look for newer market for our branded products. To capitalise on our core strength of manufacturing quality products, we are looking for newer business opportunities in terms of marketing tie-ups with overseas companies of repute.

ETP :
Chordia factory premises are having their own waste water treatment plant. The wastewater collected from different processing areas is been treated and checked for the COD levels and which further is been used for the plantation. The results of COD are maintained well within norms hence ETP is working Environmental friendly.

Frozen Division :
Recent big step taken by Food Park is entry in Frozen products. The all basic requirements like infrastructure and machineries are been installed and trials of frozen vegetables, Mango cubes, Pomegranate , Sweet corn etc are been taken successfully. Mass production of Pomegranate for ITC and Sweet corn grains for Corn club is been also started well.

Trainings and development programmes :
Employees are assets for all the organizations hence developing their skill and competency is very essential for growth of the plant. For Chordia group there is annual calendar for training and development program as per the requirement for staff as well as workers in order to improve the efficiency , knowledge which ultimately gives benefit for the product and service quality improvement.

In addition to the above, other facilities provided are:

• Cold storage can be provided to all products, +4 degree Celsius temperature.
• Common storage facility/ warehouse.
• Only separate production hall will be provided. Storage, cold storage remains the same for every1.
• Internal facilities/infrastructure like streetlights, water, electricity can be provided.
• Basic ingredients like salt, sugar can be provided from our common stores, which will be billed to them later.
• Marketing Network will be done strictly by CFP, as in dealer’s network, distributor, will push their products with our own network.
• Raw materials from Pune – Shirwal & Shirwal to distributors can be arranged.
• Pet, Jars, other packing materials can also be provided.
• Tetra package facility - Frooti (Paper packs) are available.
• Frozen food facility & Canning facility (Canned/Tin products) can be made available.
